Val was Tom’s saving grace. He lacked confidence in literacy and she brought out the best in him. Val is a kind, patient and knowledgeable tutor and I would recommend her whole heartedly in tutoring your child. My son was always borderline and had been diagnosed early on as having “significant literacy learning difficulties”. However, this was not an issue for Val, she encouraged and challenged him to bring out the best in him. He completed his GCSE’s in July 2016 and achieved outstanding results.
